Toddler found high on coke at pre-school
A toddler was treated by doctors after cocaine was found in her system.
The unidentified girl, who is between 18 and 24 months old, was taken to hospital after workers at her church pre-school noticed the girl acting strangely, in Jacksonville, Florida.

Police seize cars housing rats
Eleven old cars had to be impounded by police after giant rats chose them as new homes and threatened to attack pedestrians as they walked by.
Police discovered 25 large rats were living in cars in Soweto, a southern region of Johannesburg, South Africa.
